Regular readers will know that we've been rating Brentford pretty highly all season despite their relatively poor opening to the campaign. They finally seem to be getting the sorts of results that they probably deserved a couple of months ago, and are now unbeaten in six - a run which has seen them win at a superb Preston outfit, beat Millwall and pick up a strong point at Middlesbrough. They will travel to Birmingham in confident mood.

The hosts pulled the trigger on Harry Redknapp earlier this month, and Steve Cotterill is the man charged with reviving their fortunes. He's certainly tighten things up at the back, but the questions still remain at the other end - they've failed to score in seven league games already this season, including three at St Andrews.
