Horse of the Day
We've been a little unlucky over the past week or two on the horses, so we'll be hoping for a reversal in fortunes on Thursday as Miracle Garden goes for us at 11/4 in the 7.25pm at Chelmsford.

This is a class 5 all-weather race, run over a mile, and we fancy the inform Ian Williams trained runner to make best in this one after finishing 1st, 3rd and 2nd in his last three outings - a run which could have been better having been beaten into second by a neck last time out. He finished that race the stronger, and was a few strides away from leading, so will welcome the step up from 7f to 1m just a week later.
He's already won five times (and made the frame a further four) from his 13 starts in class 5/6 races, has a notable history of performing above par at this stage of the season and has also impressed on the all-weather on a regular basis.
Finally, it's worth mentioning he'd drawn into stall 1 - a significant edge down at Chelmsford in this sort of contest, with those starting from stall 1 placing 36% of the time here in races of between 11 and 14 runners.
1pt Miracle Garden to win at 11/4 (General)
