League One - Best Bets
A long shortlist has been whittled down to just two bets in League One, starting with Charlton to beat MK Dons at the Valley.

The Addicks have won six and drawn three of their last 10, so we can quickly forgive the 1-0 defeat to Portsmouth last weekend. They sit in 3rd position in the league and the shot data backs that position up as about par for their performances so far this season.
MK Dons have been enjoying a mini revival with three wins on the bounce, but that included a 4-0 win over Hyde in the FA Cup and a 4-3 win over out-of-form Oxford, so it's not enough to get too excited about. They remain woefully unorganised at the back and this could be a difficult away day for them.
2pts Charlton to beat MK Dons at 17/20 (General)
Down at Northampton, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink seems to be slowly turning the corner for the Cobblers, but they look really short of goals still. They play Scunthorpe this weekend - whom they have already met twice in the past fortnight - failing to score in either of the FA Cup matches between the pair. It was 0-0 at Northampton, and then Scunthorpe won 1-0 at their place to progress, and we can see a repeat of that scoreline being value at 7/1.
So far this season, Scunthorpe have won five of their 24 matches by that precise scoreline, while Northampton have themselves lost 1-0 no fewer than eight times from 23 matches. Those sorts of stats certainly suggest this should be tight, and we'll take the 7/1, and also have a point on Under 1.5 Goals at 9/4
1pt Scunthorpe to win 1-0 at Northampton (7/1)
1pt Under 1.5 Goals at 9/4 (Bet365)
