World Championships - Day 11 Afternoon Session
Whitlock v Webster, Norris v Richardson and Munch v Alcinas make up our second round matches on Wednesday afternoon.

Starting with the first match on, we like the look of Darren Webster to beat Simon Whitlock. Despite trailing significantly in the Order of Merit, Webster was certainly the more accomplished in the first round, with Whitlock struggling on his doubles particularly - something we don't usually associate with the Wizard. With a 28.2% checkout success rate, Whitlock is lowest on that metric of anyone left in the tournament, and he didnt score especially well either.
Whitlock is a good favourite for the most 180s, and our stats suggest thats about right - we'd expect him to average around 0.28-0.31 per leg over the match, while Webster is a good bit less effective usually - closer to 0.20 per leg.
1pt Webster to beat Whitlock at 13/10
Alan Norris v James Richardson is next up, and the bookies look spot on making Norris their slight favourite. He's acheived the better results through the season, and looked marginally more comfortable in the first round.
There is slight value in the winning checkout double market with Bet Fred, with d20 a touch of value at 3/1. Norris hits it around 35% of the time, while Richardson is closer with 22%. We reckon this could be closer to the 5/2 shot, so take the 3/1 if you fancy a small bet in this one.
1pt Winning Double to be d20 in Norris v Richardson at 3/1
