Man City v Bristol City
The phenomenal Manchester City are already rewriting the history books this season and they look in no mood to ease off when they face Bristol City in the Carabao Semi-Final 1st Leg at the Etihad.

While it’s certain that Pep Guardiola will continue to mix his team up, the talent throughout the squad is such that we will see nothing less than another terrifying mix of internationals on the pitch. There is certainly some debate about exactly what sort of team we will see, but there is general agreement around enough of the players that we can begin to form a view about at least half of the personnel.
Claudio Bravo, Danilo and Oleksandr Zinchenko are all expected to start, while it looks highly likely that Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan will start as well. Up top, we might see either Raheem Sterling or Sergio Aguero, with the former looking the more likely currently. David Silva is another in contention as well. All in all, this looks a strong side, even if we see one or two less familiar names involved.
For Bristol City, they welcome back a number of first team faces, but it will still just be a Championship side, and one at that which have conceded eight goals in their last two away games.
City have scored 48 goals in front of their home fans so far this season in 16 games - an average of exactly three goals per game, and we see their weakened team as more dominant against a Championship side than their first XI should be against a stronger Premier League side. They have covered the (-2) goal handicap in seven of those matches, and the (-3) handicap four times.
We’ll have a go on the correct score market here to eek out a little bigger price, and the 4-0 and 5-0 appeal most strongly at 8/1 and 12/1 respectively with William Hill.
