Premier League 3pms
We've backed Burnley a few times to pull-off the game plan against Big 6 sides this season, admittedly without much success as yet, but we’re going to follow that approach once more as Sean Dyche takes his men into battle with the like-minded Jose Mourinho. Burnley will be all about keeping things tight here, trying to nick the opening goal, and then hold on. So in other words, exactly the same game plan that Mourinho will be hoping execute.

Should Burnley get in front, you can expect an onslaught from United, and it will be a backs to the walls type of encounter, while if United grab the opening goal, there is every chance they pass their way to full-time without too much issue.
In terms of team news, Burnley will manage without Chris Wood and Stephen Ward once again, while Jonathan Walters joins them on the injury list. For United, Ashley Young is expected back in the squad following his three match suspension, but Daley Blind, Eric Bailly, Michael Carrick and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are all out.
Burnley have already achieved a 1-0 win at home on four occasions this season, and have conceded just eight goals in 11 matches at Turf Moor all season (they’ve also scored just eight!), and have kept clean sheets in more than half of those matches. They are significant underdogs here, but have to have a small chance of an upset. If they do, then 1-0 looks the likely way of achieving it, and at 16/1 feels like good value.
We’ll also back Under 1.5 Goals, given us the slender United scoreline that Mourinho has always enjoyed so much, and the goalless draw on our side.
0.5pts Burnley to win 1-0 at 16/1
1pt Under 1.5 Goals at 21/10
