Darts UK Open - Quick Pick

Josh Payne should be backed to beat Jamie Lewis when the pair meet in just over an hour. Payne has won 13 of his last 20 PDC matches, with Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross and Dave Chisnall among the few to beat him.

Looking at their last 20 matches, Payne is averaging a full 3pts per visit higher - which might not sound a lot, but is hugely significant at this level.

The pair met in the European Darts Open UK Qualifying recently, which Payne won 6-2 and there could still be an element of the "better known" player being under-priced.

I'd make Payne a solid favourite here - perhaps 8/11, so the 11/10 still available with SpreadEx or Bet Victor is worth backing.
