Wimbledon - Darcis v Zverev
Hardly a clash of titans this one as 35-year-old Darcis - ranked 230 in the world, takes on Mischa Zverev - a man who has won just two of his last 23 matches - stretching back to last August.

And it's that Zverev run which has pulled us towards this one, as we believe despite being in his latter years as a pro, Darcis should have enough to see off a man in such terrible form. In fact, since winning a first round match in Cincinnatti on 14th August 2018, Zverev has only won a single match on the court (being South African Lloyd Harris on Grass in Halle). His other "win" was by way of retirement, as Wild Card Nicola Kuhn limped out of their Miami match - hardly a coup given the German was playing only his fourth main tour match in his career.
So will Darcis have enough? Probably is the answer. He joins the main draw here courtesy of a protected ranking, having spent the entire 2018 on the sidelines. It kept him out from late November 2017, and only made a return to tennis for the first tournament of the 2019 season - reaching the semi-finals in Pune. He's played plenty of challenger level tennis to get back to fitness, but was a finalist in Cherbourg, and came through qualifying in Antalya on his first Grass event of the season. He's always done well indoors, and clearly likes the zippy surfaces. He should be shorter than the 7/10 offered by Marathon.
3pts Darcis to beat Zverev at 7/10
